Taraba: These are Internally displaced persons (IDPs) mostly women and children languishing in Jalingo, capital city of Taraba state without shelter, food and water as a result of coordinated attacks launched on three (3) fulani's villages across Lau LGA by the combined armed Bachama, Yandang and pockets of Mumuye militias.
The three villages are Santuraki, Kiri and Katibu where over 21 have been confirmed killed, hundreds of houses burned down to ashes by by marauding tribal militias.
In a similar vein, the same unprovoked attacks by the dare devil tribally reinforced men, armed with sophisticated guns were repelled at Abbare town the 2nd largest Fulani's commiunity in Lau LGA.
